i found the room quite comfortable and the staff helpful. the location is superb, very well connected to public transportation. i also appreciated the supermarket next to the hotel for any quick needs.

the sound insulation was not great. i could hear noises from other rooms, a little disruptive at times, especially at night.

the hotel is across from the metro station, providing quick access to many areas. the royal palace, a great park, and plaza de espana are all within easy reach either by public transport or by walking.

Nearby the hotel, i found several cafes and restaurants near the rail station, offering varied choices. the area has many options. I had no trouble finding somewhere to eat. it was nice to have so much around.

The room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the friendly and well trained staff, thanks to Enrique and Ivan for great service. This location is close to most things and was great for my plans. The hotel has a rooftop and a nice view.

There were not many closets in the room.

The hotel is near the Príncipe Pío metro station and a large shopping center, which makes access easy. It is beneficial as a tourist because it is only ten minutes from the center.

Breakfast included a good selection of warm options, meats, cheeses, and fruits. There were many sweet items available also. There is supermarket nearby if you wanted something else.
